Considerations in the Use of Work-From-Home (WFH) for Post-Pandemic Planning and Management

This paper presents a literature review and results from an original survey, both which point key considerations for planners managers. Subjects that are highlighted include: giving remote workers access job-related information they need; recognizing certain types tasks may be more challenging manage in WFH, such as loosely specified those involving substantial change newness; issues arise regard morale motivation.
